ウクライナ戦争と「台湾有事」、日本にとっての決定的な違い / War Incitement in Japan in the Wake of the Ukraine War

ウクライナ戦争を機に、北東アジアでも軍事緊張が高まり、日本でも軍拡論が勢いを増しています。ここで、日本にとっての、ウクライナ戦争と台湾戦争との根本的な違いを整理しておく必要があると思いました。

前者（ウ戦争）は一方的に侵略を受けている国への、方法はどうであれ、支援と、ロシアの侵略行為を止めること、そして出来るだけ早期の和平実現の努力という問題ですが、後者は、中台戦争（90％内戦の性格）の、そしてそれにアメリカが参戦した場合の、そのとばっちりを受ける日本（特に琉球弧）、と言う問題です。もし、台湾とアメリカによる「正戦」に日本が積極的に参戦する、という前提があるのでなければ。

この、「日本が台湾防衛に積極的に参戦するべきかどうか」という問題が明確に意識されもせず問われてもおらず、むしろ、おそらく意図的に隠蔽されているようです。「とばっちり」であれば、それを避け、被害を最小限にする最善の方法は「中立」（少なくとも自衛隊の不参加）であり、地域の非武装化でしょう。

The war in Ukraine has triggered heightened military tensions in Northeast Asia, and claims of military expansion are gaining momentum in Japan as well. Here, I think it necessary to sort out the fundamental difference between the war in Ukraine and the China-Taiwan war for Japan.

The former (the Ukraine War) is a question of support for a country that is being unilaterally invaded, regardless of the method, stopping Russia's aggression, and making efforts to achieve peace as soon as possible. The latter is a question of how Japan (especially the Ryukyu Arc, which must be the most affected) should respond to a possible Sino-Taiwan war (90% civil war in nature) and the repercussions of US intervention in it, rather than Japan being directly invaded. Unless, that is, there is an assumption that Japan will actively participate in a "just war" between Taiwan and the U.S. against China.

This question of whether or not Japan should actively participate in the defense of Taiwan is not clearly conscious or even asked. Rather, it seems that this issue is being - perhaps intentionally - swept under the rug. As long as it is an embroilement and not the result of active involvement, the best way to avoid it and minimize damage would be "neutrality" (or at least non-participation by the SDF) and demilitarization of the affected areas.

もし台湾有事が起きて、米軍が台湾を守るために戦っているのに、日本(自衛隊)が後方支援すらせず傍観していたならば、日本は国際社会から見捨てられ、尖閣など南西諸島を侵略されても、どの国も助けてくれないでしょう。戦争が怖いから、大の親日国である台湾が侵略されても見捨てろという議論は、日本が見捨てられることにつながります。中国の大軍拡・海洋進出が続く以上、地域の非武装化などありえないことです。護憲派は軍事・国際政治の知識が偏っているので、軍事評論家の小川和久氏の著作などを読んでみたらいかがでしょうか？
南西諸島に自衛隊を配備し、抑止力を強化したうえで、住民の避難計画も策定するのが最善だと思われます。
