"Positive feedback" mechanism paralyzing our democracy [社会]

昨年11月20日の記事「平和研究集会での発表から」の「図式」の部分を英語化してみました./ I translated the "diagram" part of the article "From the Presentation at the Peace Research Conference" on November 20 last year into English.

(added paragraphs and edited on 8 Jan.)
Our society called democracy formally has a democratic political system at its disposal. In reality, however, the intention of a large number of people is often not reflected in politics and policies. Moreover, this system is effectively used for the benefit of minority in fact. Such a situation has been repeatedly pointed out by intellectuals. I would like to cite two examples of such indications as follows.
Albert Einstein, "Why Socialism?". Extract from 16th paragraph.
This is true since the members of legislative bodies are selected by political parties, largely financed or otherwise influenced by private capitalists who, for all practical purposes, separate the electorate from the legislature. The consequence is that the representatives of the people do not in fact sufficiently protect the interests of the underprivileged sections of the population. Moreover, under existing conditions, private capitalists inevitably control, directly or indirectly, the main sources of information (press, radio, education). It is thus extremely difficult, and indeed in most cases quite impossible, for the individual citizen to come to objective conclusions and to make intelligent use of his political rights. ..more
Michael Randle, extract from "Civil Resistance"
It(civil resistance) thus operates as an antidote to apathy, and to the sense of powerlessness that is often mistaken for apathy. And, in the older-established democracies in particular, these two things represent perhaps as serious threat as any other to civil liberties and to genuine participation in government. ..more
I tried to diagram such situations / phenomena. There may be newness in applying the mechanism of "positive feedback", probably originated in the field of electronics, to this kind of phenomena. Its energy source, of course, is people's labor. Everyone is familiar with the phenomenon of "positive feedback" by the howling of a megaphone. This happens when the sound of the loudspeaker is picked up by the microphone and further amplified, resulting in a continuation of earsplitting noise. The energy source in this case is the electric power from a battery, as everyone knows.

Is this diagram using the concept of "positive feedback" new or is it already thought by someone?

(explanation of the illustration follows)
Wealth accumulated in capitalists by the "exploitation" mechanism of the capitalism is used to bribe government and media. Then bribed media do not give the public the information that is truly necessary, instead, they pour noises, propagandas into the public, taking away their political activity. By this mechanism, voters do not go to the polling station or vote for candidates that are opposite to their own interests. It strengthens control over the government and the media again. Such a cycle by a combination of control / influence and a flow of labor / money makes a "positive feedback" loop and "locks" the society in this state, which is not democratic at all. (end of the explanation)

To change this situation, it is not enough to just focus on election campaigns. It is no match with the overwhelming media which use influence both openly and implicitly. Therefore, "civil disobedience" is important, as Michael Randle noted(see above) .

Especially in Japan, the demonstrations are just too well behaved discretion, so they are easily ignored by the media. If that action is accompanied by a form of behavior (nonviolence) that has some influence on people's daily life, the media, that has ignored tens of thousands of "gentle" meetings, will be forced to report it. In turn, it has the effect of empowering people who participated in action.
